Crostix is designed to be a private puzzle-solving app. We do not sell, share, or track your personal information, and Crostix does not include third-party advertising or analytics services.
Crostix stores your puzzle progress, app preferences, scores, and purchase entitlements on your device so the app can work normally.
If you enable iCloud progress sync, Crostix uses Apple's iCloud services to sync puzzle progress between your devices signed in to the same Apple ID. This sync is handled by Apple.
In-app purchases and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. Crostix receives purchase entitlement information from Apple so it can unlock the puzzle books you own.
If you use Game Center achievements, those features are handled by Apple Game Center.
If you choose to email us or send a problem report, we receive the email address and information included in your message. A problem report may include details such as the puzzle title, puzzle identifier, book or list, and app version. We use this information only to respond to you and support the app.
